- Over half of Fairfax Media’s Life & Style audience have used their smartphone to assist in the pre-shopping phase.
- 8-in-10 of Fairfax Media’s Life & Style audience have used their smartphone while in-store to assist in the shopping process.
- A third use their smartphone more often than asking for assistance by store employees.
